I guess winter is coming...
The past few days have been a mix between fog, snow, and rain. It's been sort of nice, but pretty cold getting too and from work. I do not own a waterproof jacket. I have been rocking this vest that I got from the DOS at the Abrams.

DOS stands for something that I can never remember. It is a room in our basement where people donate anything, and other people take it. It's a pretty good system. So far Andrew has managed to get all sorts of treasures. Our TV and most of our dishes and furniture have been DOS items. I don't manage to make it down there very often, but I am also working a lot more than Andrew.

My vest is awesome. I wear it everywhere. Other than when it's snowing, and I'm on my bike, it keeps me quite comfortable. Vests are warmer than they look.

I'm getting a feel for the town finally. I have a rudimentary mental map worked up. We are ramping up the Hausberg Lodge, which is across town. It is our ski lodge. Because of that, I've had the opportunity to drive around town a little bit more. It's helped create a sense of direction.
The management at the hotel put on a magnificent Thanksgiving Diner on for the staff on yesterday. My early Thanksgiving was delicious and filled with friends, if only lacking family. The holidays have begun! I'm thankful for friends, family, and vests.
